Due to COVID19 and efforts to keep our clients and community safe all sales will be final sale until further notice. Thank you for your understand and support during this time.
Urbanization will gladly accept unworn, unwashed merchandise for return or exchange within 7 days from when the product is received.
Ordered the wrong size or color? No worries! If you need to exchange an item for the same item in different size or color, just let us know via phone or email and we will be more than happy to take care of it for you. Standard shipping rates apply. You may also call us at 650-594-0900 to place your reorder and we will take care of it for you.
Most returns are processed within ten days of receipt in our warehouse. Please call Customer Service at 650-594-0900 between 11am and 6pm PST. We will confirm that your return or exchange has been processed. You may also check the status of your return by logging into your account and viewing your order history.
Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment used to make the purchase. If you paid with a gift card, a new gift card will be issued for the amount of the credit and mailed to you.
To return merchandise for credit or exchange: Pack all items in a secure carton or reuse the original packaging and enclose the packing slip.

Swim and intimates returns:
We are unable to process returns for swimwear or intimate apparel items. Due to the nature of the item, they are final sale.
How do I return a gift?
If you received a gift from our catalog or website, you may return it to our Returns Department. A gift card will be issued for the amount of the item(s) and mailed to you. We are unable to process returns for items purchased at a store location.
The original order number is required to process the return. please contact us to obtain this information. Please have the gift givers full name and address information handy.
Can I return Catalog/Web orders at a store?
Usually. Most website merchandise can be returned or exchanged at any Urbanization store location within 7 days from the product is received. Returned merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in the original product packaging. All returns must be accompanied by the original packing list.
Some select items are Mail Return Only and cannot be returned to our stores. Mail Return Only status is indicated online in the product detail page, in your shopping cart and on the packing list that is enclosed with your order. Can Items purchased at a Urbanization store be returned to the catalog or web?
We cannot accept items purchased at Urbanization stores at our website Returns Center. Please return your items to the store where you purchased them, or to the store closest to your home. If this is not convenient, please mail your return, via certified mail, to the store closest to you.
Urbanization store return policy
Urbanization stores will gladly accept returns of items in their original condition with Urbanization store price tickets attached accompanied with the original store sales receipt. Items must not be worn, altered or washed. Original method of payment will be refunded for all returns accompanied by an Urbanization store receipt within 7 days from when the product is received. All in store purchases are within 7 days of purchase date. Store credit will be issued for all returns accompanied by a store receipt after 7 days of purchase.
Returns with a gift receipt will be exchanged or refunded for the value indicated on the gift receipt. Refunds will be made in the form of store credit. A one-time price adjustment will be granted when an original store sales receipt is presented within 5 days of purchase. Merchandise credit will be issued for returns of beauty and personal care items accompanied by a store receipt within 14 days of purchase. Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.
